Lake Five Dairy & Market, Washington County, Wisconsin: This Cow to Consumer Dairy is the brain child of Kurt Schwendimann and the Schwendimann Family. The 250 working head dairy features a world class cow & bull, as well as robotic milking machines and a manure-to-energy digestor. The adjacent greenhouses will be used to supply a re-purposed creamery, farmers market, deli and farm grocery on the public side of this operation. C a/e did the master planning for the dairy & market as well the design and engineering for the market.
