Cambridge Major Labs Germantown (Zimmerman & Cae) originally, the large site was occupied by a single building (Washington Drive facility). The Grant Drive facility, tank farm and process systems upgrades were completed in a design/build project delivery system with Skyline Development Corporation. This 3 story, 140KSF pharma production facility includes several of the largest reactor modules installed in the State. Cae continues to do on-going work in the CML facilities including additional reactor production cells, Solvent (H-3) storage expansions and various interior alteration projects.
